Resolution criteria

This question resolves YES if Bitcoin's price exceeds its all-time high recorded prior to the question's launch, at any point before or on October 1, 2026. Resolves NO if Bitcoin's price does not exceed that previous all-time high by October 1, 2026. Source of truth: CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko (USD price).
